PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION IN ITS ENTIRETY pullrite 3366 quick connect capture plate, item appears new in without original packaging (we had it, the cardboard was just heavily distressed) with a little scratching, and shelf/storage wear, but does not actually appear to have physical usage, however when acquired it was unfortunately missing some of the accessories, a few of the shims, and some nuts and bolts, believe these may be able to be purchased at a hardware store, or truck and trailer so...
