There is one (1) bolt hold that is partially stripped. It is the bolt hole that is shown in the last two pictures. The threads are stripped approximately half way down the hole. The bottom half the threads are good and the bolt tightens. This item does fit other models, make sure to compare your item to the one in the picture and make sure it will fit your specific vehicle.
