New Muncie Shifter 4 Speed Shift Lever Replacement Grommets (2). These fit at the bottom of the shift lever where it mounts to the shifter linkage. The grommets eliminate drivetrain or transmission vibration coming up through the shift lever. Over time the original grommets deteriorate and don't do the job they were designed to do.
