New Old Stock General Motors group 4.251 part 3747908 Turboglide Automatic Transmission Reactor Plate Spacer. Shelf wear to 1950s period correct black and yellow GM envelope. Metal spacer inside is assumed to be in ready to install condition, still partially clad in protective paper and foil from factory over 50 years ago.
