If you are using a stock or aftermarket steering column that incorporates the shifter you can hook it up to Ford C4 or C6 transmission using this linkage kit.The 21" connecting rod is stainless steel and with the rod ends attached has a maximum length of 24 1/2". It can be cut down to any length under 24 1/2". All kits have fitting instructions and the required hardware....
