Here is a Vintage Packard Ring & Pinion part number 197110-61-13. We believe the code 10-33 is the date code for October 1933 but please do your own research and ask questions before bidding. The Ring gear appears to be new old stock for sure as close inspection reveals no flaws and exceptional condition (not a trace of wear).
