This is a very nice used wheel cover, hub cap removed from a 1981 Dodge Diplomat. It is in very good condition for being 42 years old. The plastic center cap has some scrapes and scratches on it but is replaceable. The wheel cover itself is very nice and needs a good cleaning as it has been sitting in storage in a warehouse at a salvage yard for decades. This is interchangeable with many other years and models.
