NEW OEM WHEEL! This was a display wheel for a Lexus dealer and is a brand new wheel that was sent out to be coated in a black-chrome finish. The wheel was refinished by Wheel Creations PVD. This company is not in busines anymore making it hard to find a replacement wheel if yours had this. The wheel looks black until the light hits it and then it looks chrome.
