This part came from a 1974 Kawasaki S3 Rear Wheel and Tire. This wheel is in good usable condition with no cracks or breaks. please note it does have some dings along the edge or lip of the wheel, please see photos. It does have some rust and it appears that the couple of the spokes are bent, please see photos.
