Great condition, works well. For a 3 speed with a column mounted shifter, the pull down dash mounted lever and 4wd knob connected to a system of levers and hoses that to a engine powered vacuum diaphragm to engage the 4wd rather than a physical lever shifter. These are super rare and extremely hard to find....
