Toyota 4A-GE is one of Toyota's sports twin cam series engines. It was first installed in the AE86 Corolla Levin and Sprinter Trueno that appeared in May 1983. It is a 1,600 cc inline 4-cylinder engine with front wheel drive, rear wheel drive, or midship, DOHC 16 or 20 valve, naturally aspirated or supercharged engine.
