Good powerhead off a 199? something Mercury outboard. 3 cylinder 2 stroke. A couple of the spark plug wires are messed up and need replaced. What you see in the pics is what you get. I don't know what year or HP ranges this block will work for so do your homework before buying. Those are cold compression readings. I've never heard it run but it turned over nice and smooth for the compression readings. This thing will be 125 pounds boxed so no returns....
