This is a new never used Recoil Starter for the listed Motors. It has a New Briggs and Stratton Pull Handle on it. Nice New rubber Handle. These have been one the shelf so they will have some scratches and dings on them, but they are not dented or damaged in any way. They are being sold as pictured, no hardware, no paperwork, no packaging, just the recoil as shown. I mounted one on a motor to show it fits but this is not the one you are getting, yours will be new....
