Good condition lower unit off of a Tohatsu M40C . Good seals and complete. Will fit the Tohatsu make for Nissan model NS40C will fit 50hp Tohatsu two strokes M50C and Nissan NS50C. Possibly others . Fresh water motor .No corrosion. Shaft straight, it will most likely need a new water pump impeller from sitting and gear oil change also....
