This listing is for a vintage (1931) hood ornament. The ornament is aptly named "The Action Twins" because when the wind turns the fan the twins move up and down. It's an extremely rare and beautiful item. The ornament was manufactured in St. Paul, Minn. in 1931 (pat. no. 84502) by the Action Ornament Company.
