Absolutely pristine. New, never installed, still in original factory packaging. WEMAC part # 2230-1. Beautiful clear anodized aluminum -- butter-smooth operation. Very high quality parts. Mounting base is 2 1/8" square. Eyeball style vent, infinitely adjustable, can be aimed where desired. These are getting difficult to find in new condition.
