This a lower deck escape hatch from a B-52G scrapped per the SALT accord. No more of these will be released to the public, so here's probably your only chance to find one. The lower deck had two downward ejection seats (navigator and radar navigator), who ejected after this hatch was jettisoned as part of the ejection sequence.
