Item is a GE MAZDA PAR56 LANDING LIGHT. This was found during a hangar clean-out and, well... I hate to let anything go to waste! I suspect it's new old stock, but can't say for sure. Will guarantee the lamp NOT to be dead on arrival. Just in-case you're the General Electrics historian, I folded down that original box and put it in the with the bulb.
