Looks way worse than it is. Removed from a 1962 Cadillac Model 62 Sedan with low miles, all the glass and good floors. Its not frozen and the vacuum actuator works well. The pedal pad is really nice and with some prep and paint it's ready to use in a driver or survivor. Look at the pictures as they of the exact part that you will be receiving.
