INL12823 - 4 speed pedal bumper - This bumper goes on the brake pedal assembly. These are often missing or hard as a rock. Your clutch pedal rests against this bumper when there is no tension on the pedal. If missing your clutch pedal will be too far forward and not even with the brake pedal. This is new old stock.
