This is a brand new, SHURflo universal recessed shower faucet. It comes with everything pictured, to include the sprayer, 72" hose, the recessed cup/lid, stainless steel mounting screws, and required washers. The model is 126-0000-KP and uses 1/2 NPT fittings. The hole for the recessed cup should be 2-7/8" to 3". Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours and come with tracking and insurance.
