Good used condition. Battery does not hold charge, so you will need to have it plugged in for it to work. The 12v cig lighter charger is NOT included. The mount is included however. I used this in Canada, but from what I can see, it also has a USA map. So it should work for both countries. Also has a 2 gb MicroSD Card with an updated 2023 Canadian map.
