This is a bracket that bolts on to the front of a 1967-1977.5 Ford F250 4wd truck, commonly known as a highboy, that accepts 1999-2004 Super Duty springs and axle. These axles have a wider distance from center to center of leaf and this requires the springs be moved outward. This bracket is pictured next to my oem replacement bracket for size reference.
