Up for sale is a nice used Snap-On Overhead Valve Clearance Adjusting Tool. This is Snap-On part V21 and measures aprox 6" Long excluding the turning knob. This is designed for use with 9/16 Hex Drive Sockets. Made in USAThis is in good working condition with some scratches, scrapes and wear from normal use and some minor surface blemishes (see pictures). No engravings or owners marks.
