This puller, marked BLACKHAWK ET-1330, was actually made by New Britain Mfg Co who took control of Blackhawk Tools in 1955. I actually have a puller marked 'NEW BRITAIN P-130' that I've used for 40 years & it's very similar as shown. I've used it to pull steering wheels, harmonic balancers, pulleys, lawn mower flywheels - basically anything that has either 2 or 3 bolt holes. Even a lawn mower wheel rusted to the axle! This item appears lightly used - threads are in fine shape & the hex-head show...
