Seller notes

This item appears to have been installed. I have no history on the item and can’t guarantee if there are any issues or not. The two solid mounting tabs at the bottom are bent upwards and the ones on the other side appear to be welded poorly. There don’t appear to be any broken fins. This item is being sold as is....
