This listing is for the cartridge and retainer clip only. These are 1/2" drive ratchet repair kits where the whole thing is inserted button first from the drive side of the handle and then held in place with a retaining ring on the drive side. See photo above for how this assembly works (the ratchet handle is not included in this listing).
