I had purchased a few hundred of these cornwell tools and other name brand tools a couple years ago at a tool liquidation sale, I'm not sure if they were new or just used a little but the ones I will be selling will be tested before being shipped out and will work as it should , you will get one of the ten shown in photos , they may have a scratch or scruff marks as they were in tubs with other tools and moved around but the tool will work as should.This is the cornwell quarter stick combination...
