Craftsman 1/2" drive industrial ratchet tri-wing polished round handle 23809 USA Very good condition, only flaw is some minor flaking of chrome plating, no rust, see close up pictures of the flaking. Ratchet was disassembled to clean, inspect, and re-lube it (Lucas assembly lube). The internal ratchet mechanism show very little use and no damage.
