1998-2004 Lexus GS Short Blade 1.5" Key Head Remote Transmitter 89070-50170 OEM. Nice factory oem replacement, key was off a 2001 Lexus GS300 Doner vehicle. Key blade is cut so will need to replace with your own but very easy, also will need to replace battery and program remote for your vehicle before use by a professional auto key smith or personal mechanic.
