These are the stock risers OEM from a 2004 Yamaha V star 650 I had to remove them to clean the headstock and one of them. I tried to remove, but it was rusted in. So I hit it with a hammer on the bottom and screwed up the threads on the bottom part and the nut. I’m sure you can re-tap it, but I didn’t wanna mess with it . The other one is in really good shape. They of course, are used and show normal signs of scratches and use....
