New Proform push rod set. These are a performance replacement, heat treated chromoly 1-pc design, 9.165" length, 5/16" diameter. These are compatible with guide plates. This is a set of 16. Fits the following: 67-79 Trans Am w/ Pontiac 326-350-400-455 Engines NOTE : Stock length pushrods are for use with factory style lifters (non-roller) and stock length valves. If you are running roller lifters or longer valves, or had your heads cut excessively, you will need a different length....
