This is a pair of original GM chrome valve covers with oil drippers. These recently came from an estate sale where they had been in cool, dry storage for decades. These covers have a small factory relief on the driver's valve cover for the brake booster. The driver's side cover has one wire clip on the outboard of the cover and none on the inside.
