These are brand new reproductions of the original Porsche OEM factory mounting bracket (996.801.507.00) for the 986 Porsche Boxster RTS / Roof Rack "Tequipment" kit (986.801.055.01). Our version is produced in stainless steel to address corrosion problems the factory part had. 2 are required for installation. Factory roof rack rated at 65kgs / 143lbs dynamic. However, we have had no issues putting two adults and a 100lb tent on it. Mounts required for complete roof rack installation: 2x 986.801....
