This is not an empi brand roofrack. All of the metal parts are stainless steel. Not aluminum /not painted steel / not zinc plated / not chrome. They fit split and bay buses. 47" long We have sold 100's of these over the years. If you can assemble IKEA furniture or legos, you can assemble this rack. If you can't, please don't purchase....
