Katahdin Snowmobile Saddlebags . 2 pockets on each side. One large with a smaller outer pocket. I'm not sure how the strap system works. I did find extra buckles in one pocket. Im not sure what they are for. The bags are in very good condition. Looks like they would fit over a seat up to 13" or maybe even 14" max width if needed...
