Vintage RWO Traveler Car. Listing for parts or repair as I don't know if this is complete. Looks like maybe it is for a mainsheet track system. I see no bearings. I measured the distance between the metal plates on bottom at 29mm or 1.140". I also measured the recess at 35mm or 1.380". Not sure if it is supposed to have ball bearings. The swivel pulleys look like they would take 1/4 rope. The middle eye has an approximate diameter of 7/32". Price is reflected in condition and my lack of knowledg...
