You are looking at a partial set of black standard GM seat belts with shoulder belts. These are correct for 1969-70 GM cars including Camaro Nova Impala and GM A Body including Chevelle Elcamino Tempest Lemans GTO Skylark GS F85 Cutlass 442. The banding needs some cleaning.
