This piece is very good condition with the occupancy sensor, bottom frame, all complete. Came from a heated electric sport seat real leather. No tears. Has a few small cracks as in the photos. Fits both driver and passenger side seats. What's in the pictures is the item you will receive. To install it on your car, this piece is attached with two bolts and few clips. No need to take the leather off, just the bottom complete piece. Does not fit convertible models...
