used condition may not fit all cars perfectly, some 99-04 mustangs have a different bolt pattern. my personal 03 mustang had the different mounts. i just removed the stock mounting bar and set the the seat in. it snapped in the front and pegged in the top and works and looks fine. the bottom mounts on this seat are thick, the other style is thin....
