Please see pictures where I highlighted any imperfections - the stitching has come undone on front edge, about 1" (easy repair). And, plastic piece on bottom which holds some very light electronic pieces, is cracked on one side But the seat has no rips, tears, or holes. With moderate level of mechanical skills and tools, these are not hard to install....
