As well as backrest pad for passengers and a bracket to adapt to a sissy bar. Straps with blue stitching. Comes like you see it. I did notice the tongue is missing from a seat. I think this fits 09 -20 and up touring as that’s what a seat part number said, but please buy at your own risk....
