Harley Davidson police seat frame cover for 2008 models only. This cover was for 1997-2007 models but was carefully trimmed t match the design that was used only on 2008 to clear the new design of the T-bar, front bracket and 6 gallon tank that were all introduced in that year. 2009-later are also different due to the frame changes made in that year. This one does not appear to have been installed after it was altered....
