Here we have an AIR Pump Disable Decal which is sometimes called an AIR Pump Delete Decal as well. It is a Genuine GM Part #12569123 that is made for a 1995-1996 Impala SS and it should also fit a 1995-1996 Caprice (including the Caprice SS) plus more vehicles as listed below. It was used under the GM Technical Service Bulletin #01-06-04-011 which called for the dealership to disable the air pump on these vehicles and stay emission compliant.
