Front cover is half missing. Both covers show heavy soiling and pencil writing and are barely connected to the spine. Top left corner has a hole punched for hanging and that corner shows small paper loss on all pages. Inside front cover page has lots of pencil writing as well. Amazingly all 40 pages are intact and tight on the rusty staples. Inside pages show some soiling and a few small tears and again some pencil writing. This little book was used!! But still not bad shape for being 107 years ...
