An original metal ball lower shifter from an early E28. The bushing will need replacing which I'm told is not possible but I'm sure there's someone out there that would laugh at that. Current shifters from BMW have a plastic ball which just doesn't shift as smoothly. After several years of MGs and BMWs it's sad that the quality of parts being made is just not up to par....
