This is a real deal vintage Hurst Auto Stick 1 automatic shifter for GM Turbo 400 transmissions. This shifter was sold as a universal high performance upgrade in the late 60's-early 70's. It was also used by Yenko Chevrolet on their infamous Yenko Deuce Novas with an automatic transmission. These shifters were rare when new and are very hard to find in any condition today.
