Have a linkage off of a 1989 KX250. I checked the part numbers and the uni track link is the same on a KX500. But please do your own research. I checked the motion of the bearings and they move smoothly. I did not open and inspect. If I were to used this I would open them clean the old grease out and apply new grease.
