These are new motorcycle shock absorbers. The free length from eye to eye is 12.75" which is 1/4" shorter than the stock 13" shocks. The 1/4" is not significant and will have no impact on ride or handling. They are not air shocks but they make excellent replacement shocks for the Honda CB900C CB1000C CUSTOM.
