These are new motorcycle rear shock absorbers. The free length from eye to eye is 12.75" which is .25" (1/4") shorter than the stock length. The .25" shorter length is insignificant and will have no impact on ride or handling. They are not air shocks but they make excellent replacement shocks for the Honda CB900C CB1000C CUSTOM.
